Reading Inventory
This assignment is past due, but since some of you might need a few visuals to help you complete this, here goes.
Take a piece of color cardstock, fold it, and on the front of it write the title (Reading Inventory, Reading Log, or your own title), paste a picture of yourself, and write your name.
